Apply generously and gently massage on the affected area until completely absorbed. Repeat 3 to 4 times daily as necessary. For children under 12 years old, consult a doctor before use. Use before or after sports or exercise to help soothe aching muscles, muscle strain and stiffness.

Make sure that whatever you’re doing with your life makes you happy. If there are decent waves down here, I’m usually up and out the door super early. If not, I am still definitely an early riser, and I’ll try to get a workout in in the morning. Then usually hit my favourite coffee shops (either Shoreline or Hey Happy) with a couple of buddies, and following that maybe some sort of outdoor activity nearby the city.

If you can figure out a way to make money doing those things, then the rest you can figure out along the way. I think you have to come to the reality that no one and nothing owes you anything, but if you put a lot of energy into something, you can exceed your expeditions and goals. I love what I do, and I am going to continue to do all the little things that need to happen to keep me doing it.
